Terms and Conditions of use

By using the Oraloco application ("the App") or the oraloco.com website ("the Site"), you declare that you have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the service.

Oraloco reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via push notification or email.

Oraloco is a points-based prediction game (fantasy game), NOT a betting platform.

The service operates exclusively with internal virtual currency (Locoins and Gemme). No real-money wagering is provided for, nor any cash prize. Any prizes that may be available are digital or physical rewards defined by Oraloco and do not constitute gambling winnings.

Oraloco is not subject to Italian gambling legislation (Legislative Decree 88/2018, Law 401/1989) nor to AAMS/ADM licences. The service is comparable to a game of skill and football knowledge with no real-money stake.

To use Oraloco you must create an account by providing a valid email address or using Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials confidential.
• All activities carried out through your account, even if performed by unauthorised third parties.
• Promptly reporting to Oraloco any unauthorised use of the account to [email protected].

Oraloco reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in the event of a breach of these Terms.

A minimum age of 13 years is required to register. Users between 13 and 17 years of age must obtain the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account. The app includes an age verification (age gate) at the time of registration.

Oraloco does not knowingly collect data of children under 13 years of age. Should we detect accounts of children under 13, we will proceed with immediate deletion.

Oraloco uses two types of virtual currency:

• Locoins: free currency earned by playing (correct predictions, objectives, daily bonuses). Not purchasable with real money.
• Gemme: premium currency purchasable via in-app purchases on Google Play or the App Store. Prices are shown in the app before any purchase.

The virtual currency has no real-money value, is not convertible into money and is non-refundable, except as provided by Apple's and Google's refund policies.

By using Oraloco, you undertake not to:

• Use nicknames that are vulgar, offensive, discriminatory or that infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Oraloco's systems or to other users' accounts.
• Use bots, automated scripts or tools to manipulate predictions or rankings.
• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory or that infringes third-party rights.
• Resell, assign or transfer your account or your virtual currency to third parties.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities of the system. Should you discover a vulnerability, we invite you to report it to [email protected].

Breach of the rules of conduct may result in the temporary suspension or permanent deletion of the account, at Oraloco's sole discretion.

All rights in the name, logo, design, source code, editorial content and features of Oraloco belong exclusively to Oraloco. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Predictions and content generated by users remain the property of the user, who grants Oraloco a non-exclusive licence to use them for the purpose of operating the service (e.g. rankings, aggregate statistics).

Oraloco provides the service "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Oraloco is not liable for:

• Service interruptions, malfunctions or data loss.
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
• The accuracy of transfer market information (Oraloco processes public data but does not guarantee its completeness or timeliness).

In no event shall Oraloco's total liability towards an individual user exceed the amounts paid by that user for in-app purchases in the last 12 months.

You may delete your account at any time. See section 7 of the Privacy Policy for the operational procedures and the 30-day grace period.

Oraloco may delete or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, giving prior notice via email where possible.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to the use of the service, save for any mandatory statutory provision to the contrary, the parties elect the Court of Milan as the competent jurisdiction.

For consumers, the mandatory consumer-protection rules provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and by applicable EU legislation apply.
